Loren Tilley

Loren handles civil litigation and advocacy in trial and arbitrations, focusing on disputes concerning real property, quiet title, business matters, construction defects, contractor issues, collections, commercial landlord tenant, partnership disputes, insurance coverage, community association, and related issues. Loren has litigated in both state and federal courts, as well as represented clients in administrative proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Loren has also handled numerous appeals.

Loren began his career as a prosecuting attorney, where he conducted numerous trials and obtained convictions in the vast majority of the cases he appeared. Prior to becoming an attorney, he had career as a programmer analyst in a leading technology company in the financial services industry.

Loren earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Hawaii-Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law, and has an Bachelors of Business Administration-Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is the past President of the Maui County Bar Association, and has served on various government boards.
